    Description

    Calciumsulfat, auch bekannt als Gips, ist ein inertes, nicht nahrhaftes Pulver, das in der Pilzzucht auf drei Arten verwendet wird:

    1. Wird Getreide bei der Herstellung von Getreidebrut hinzugefügt, um es aufzubrechen, sobald es vollständig besiedelt ist.
    2. Vermischt mit dem Hauptsubstrat, auf dem Pilze gezüchtet werden sollen, um zur Aufrechterhaltung optimaler pH-Werte beizutragen.
    3. Wird in Cordyceps-Flüssigkulturen verwendet.
